Shipping and Returns or goods purchased
Free shipping on all orders in the US .
We require 4 business days excluding Saturday and Sunday for processing before your item is shipped.
Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.
All orders are shipped out through USPS unless otherwise specified by you.

Oleanders Products will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address.
Shipping & handling will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling charges will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will not be charged for an item until it is shipped.
Shipping & handling is a taxable service.
Certain beauty products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories.
Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in issues not covered by Oleanders Products. If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United States, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We will not provide a replacement for any items or packages delivered to you from a freight forwarder. You should refuse any items or packages that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Any items lost after delivery to you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
Please note that items shipped from the United States into Canada may require additional delivery time because of increased security at border crossing points. Overnight shipping is not available for shipments to Canada.
Shipping & handling charges — which include taxes, duties and brokerage fees where applicable — will automatically be added to your total during Checkout.
Returns and Refunds on Products
Due to the sensitivity of our products, all sales are final.Returns are not accepted, unless previously stated in under a special occasion.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We do not accept returns nor issue refunds on used or opened items. You will either receive a store credit or exchange your item for another items with a similar price range. However, that is up to our discretion.

Cancellation and Refunds for Classes
For Hands On Training
It is your responsibility to ensure you cancel your course in a reasonable timeframe in order to be entitled to a refund.
We allow seven (7) days, prior to the start of your seminar/class for your class to be cancelled and a refund be requested.
Refunds must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds submitted less than seven (7) days before the start of your class/seminar will not be honored except in the following situations:
1) Oleanders Products cancels or reschedules a class.
Processing Refunds for hands on classes
We strive to process refunds as soon as possible however our refund policy is as follows.
Refunds generally take from 10 business days to 90 business days to process from the date requested.
A confirmation email will be sent to you when your refund is finished processing and may contain additional instructions on how to claim your refund.
Issuing Refunds for hands on classes
If you made a payment through a third party event website, your refund will be processed though that third party website unless otherwise specified by Oleanders Products.
If you made a payment directly through our website, your refund will be processed directly back to your credit/debit card.
If you made a payment through Paypal, your refund will be processed back to you through Paypal.
If you made your deposit through Venmo, you refund will be processed with cashier check sent in the mail.
For Online Classes
No Refund is issued once you have accessed the learning portal.

Issues Regarding USPS
We only issue refunds if it is an error on our part if we ship to the wrong mailing address other than what you provided.
If we ship to the correct mailing address and status is updated as delivered we do not refund or acknowledge disputes.
We do not take libility if claims are made of non delivery because of errors on USPS part.
We can only replace lost shipment at this time.
